From left: Kim Bayne, Michelle Misener, Kristen Mendenhall, Kim Gardner, and Me.Friday night we went to a baby shower for Kim Gardner, by best friend from college days. We had a terrific time! Not only were we great friends in college, but somehow we all chose husbands that get along well, too.
And then Saturday we spent a half day at dear old Solitude!!!
Here we are driving up, with HIGH anticipation for the trip!
And my sweet sister, Beth watched ALL our kids! 7 kids age 8 and under!
At 12:30 p.m. we arrive, our snot already frozen in our noses.
After the trip... "Oh Danny, I had SUCH a good time!"

What a fun group! All those smiles in 1 degree weather!I miss skiing so much. I wish I could do it all the time. I can't believe how free and challenging it felt. Thanks again, Dad and Beth.

I didn't know you guys got to go skiing! Lucky! I can't believe Melia only wanted you to get her a mirror...and she was confused about the extra gifts. If you could only find a way to keep her expections similar to this year.

What a nice sister! I don't think I could do that, enabling other people to have fun without me! I went to solitude on New Years and it looks like your weather was MUCH nicer than mine! Isn't it so much fun though?
Annie, you are so cute, your girls are just darling. I'm glad I found your blog again, and glad to see everything is so wonderful in your life. I just read your funny comment about wearing high heels more. hahaha Zack always tells me i'm being ridiculous in my high heels. I guess it's all a matter of perspective huh? take care!!
it is a rarity to have couple friends where everyone gets along and is liked. those are that ones that stick the best.
we are heading to the mountains in 2 weeks. i can't wait!
